My 1st tooth fairy adventure!

Like I mentioned in a previous post my in-laws are here for the Summer. They brought my neices & my youngest one lost a tooth the other night. So I decided to have some fun :-) Someone... Can't remember who, posted fairy in a bottle craft on Facebook. I did it & it was too cute!! All you need is:

a mason or decorative jar

Cloudy water

(I used Shampoo & food coloring)

Little glow stick

After the jar is filled up and the glow stick is snapped, the jar glows! I also found a letter from the tooth fairy on FairyLand.com & printed it out I added the money, letter & glitter into an envelope. When she woke up she was amazed the tooth fairy knew her name! :-)

Beginning my couponing adventure!!

Today was my first real couponing adventure! IT. WAS. SO. AWESOME!! haha! First, I took a trip over to walgreens. At Walgreens I purchased the following:

2 baby lotions--Free

2 baby soaps--Free

2 E.O.S shaving gels--$2/2

3 four packs of Soliel disposable razors- $1.00
1 B.I.C razors for men--$1.00

2 individual razors--Free

Hylands Teething Gel--Free + Made $1.00

After Walgreens I headed over to Target. At Target I purchased:

4boxes of Zantac-- $.59 a box

2 Sally Hansen Nail Polishes- $1.16 each

6 Large boxes of Poptarts-$6.50

4 Sharpies--Free

4 pillows-- $2.00 a piece

Shick Shaving kit w/ refills & Shaving Cream--$5.00

Dove Deodorant for men--$1.38

Colgate Toothpaste--$.99

4 boxes of Pepsi-- $11

For my first trip I think I did pretty well! I was checking the ads that came & here is what I have planned for the next few days.

I finished the table!! It turned out SOO CUTTEE!! I will have to stop slacking & get pictures and a post about it. I also ended up throwing together a crayon & chalk container too!

New to this..

So be patient with me while I figure everything out! I am obsessed with craft & couponing blogs lately. So, I decided that it is my turn! :) Sooo... Here I go!

I have been crafting away the past few days! My in-laws are in town from IL. They have a storage unit down here full of goodies from my father in-law's mom's. I am talking antique tea carts... china cabinets.. the list could go on forever. Well, today I went and took a look! OH. MY. I found some AWESOME stuff! Lots of projects for me to have some fun with! As I get them finished I will posts pictures and the 4-1-1 on what I did... Just in case anyone out there cares haha.

Right now, I am working on this awesome activity table for the Kan-Man! I can't wait to show it off! :)
